Coach Witte is the president of the organization and has been coaching youth athletics for over 30 years. He has coached approximately 2000 games at the youth and high school level. He has coached teams ranked in the top 100 nationally as well as beginner-level teams. As an advocate of doing the little things correctly, he is always reminding his players that there are an immeasurable amount of things you can do as a baseball player that will help you and your team get better that have nothing to do with your ability level or talent. Hustling, being mentally sharp, mentally tough, and seeing and understanding the game around you are other ways to level the playing field when competing. He reminds his players the importance of working on your game individually and using practice as a way to support those individual growth processes.
He relies on his knowledge of the game to help lead his team and relies on his assistant coaches to help identify key areas upon which to improve and help his team consistently grow and develop.
